How it works

In four steps

From your order to the consultation about your results.

1

Order and pay

You order the test online and pay securely, for example with iDEAL. You receive the invoice by e-mail and go straight on to the intake.

2

Digital intake

You fill in your details and answer a short questionnaire about your health and lifestyle. This takes about 10 minutes. A doctor then assesses whether taking the sample is safe and worthwhile for you.

3

Blood sample at home

Once approved, the kit is delivered to your home. With a finger-prick you take a few drops of blood yourself, in the morning on an empty stomach. You send the sample back with the enclosed return label.

4

Results and consultation

After about 2 to 3 weeks your results are ready. A lifestyle doctor discusses them with you personally and you receive a report with concrete advice. You follow your progress on your personal status page.

Good to know

When is sample collection not possible?

The finger-prick blood sample is not suitable for everyone. You may not be able to take part if you:

  • are under 18 years of age;
  • are pregnant or breastfeeding;
  • have had a blood transfusion in the past three months;
  • have had surgery in the past three months;
  • have a fever or an active infection at the time of sample collection;
  • are unsure whether a finger-prick sample is safe for you.

Not sure? Mention it in the intake and the doctor will look into it with you. You will find more answers in the frequently asked questions and in the terms and conditions.
